Cancellation Policy for Sprint travel

At Sprint travel, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the general framework for cancellations. However, it is CRITICAL to note that the specific cancellation deadlines, eligibility for refunds, and applicable refund tiers (e.g., full, partial, non-refundable) are UNIQUE TO EACH INDIVIDUAL TOUR and will be clearly displayed on the respective tour page at the time of booking. By booking a tour with Sprint travel, you agree to the specific cancellation terms presented on that tour's page.

To cancel a booking, you must do so through your 'My Bookings' section on the Sprint travel website (if available) or by sending an email to our customer support team at profiteers66@gmail.com. The cancellation request must be received by Sprint travel within the specific deadline stated on your tour's page. The time of cancellation will be recorded based on when the request is received by our system.

Our refund structure operates within the following general tiers, with the precise thresholds (e.g., 'cancel X days before tour start for a full refund') determined by each tour's specific terms:

Full Refund: Typically offered if you cancel well in advance of the tour start date, as specified on the tour page.

Partial Refund: May be offered if you cancel closer to the tour start date, with a portion of the booking value retained as a cancellation fee, as specified on the tour page.

Non-Refundable: Bookings cancelled within a very short period before the tour start, or after the tour has commenced, are generally non-refundable, as specified on the tour page. Certain tours or components (e.g., non-refundable tickets) may be non-refundable from the time of booking.

If you fail to show up for a tour at the designated time and place without prior cancellation ('no-show'), your booking will be considered non-refundable, and you will forfeit the entire amount paid for the tour. No exceptions will be made for no-shows unless explicitly stated otherwise on the tour page or due to a Force Majeure event as determined by Sprint travel.

For group bookings or bookings involving multiple passengers, specific cancellation terms may apply, which could differ from individual bookings. These terms will be clearly communicated on the tour page or during the booking process. It is the responsibility of the lead booker to inform all participants of the applicable cancellation policy.

In the event that Sprint travel or the local tour operator cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure Events, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or health crises), or for operational reasons, you will typically be offered a full refund or an alternative tour of comparable value, subject to availability. Sprint travel will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. Our liability is limited to the refund of the amount paid for the cancelled tour.

Requests to modify an existing booking (e.g., change of date, time, or participant names) may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and thus subject to the cancellation terms of the original booking. Any modification requests are subject to availability and the discretion of Sprint travel and/or the local tour operator. Fees may apply for modifications.

Refunds will be processed in the original currency of the payment. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Any currency conversion differences or bank fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the customer.
