Terms and Conditions for Sprint travel

By accessing or using the services provided by Sprint travel (hereinafter referred to as 'Sprint travel', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services. Sprint travel operates tours in Egypt.

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use our services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of our services (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you).

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Sprint travel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Sprint travel offers tours through two primary booking modes:

Instant Confirmation: For tours marked as 'Instant Confirmation', your booking is confirmed immediately upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Request-to-Book: For tours marked as 'Request-to-Book', your booking is subject to confirmation by the local tour operator. Your payment will be authorized or held, but not fully processed, until the operator confirms availability. If the operator confirms, your payment will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email. If the operator cannot confirm the booking, your payment authorization will be released, or a full refund will be issued, and you will be notified.

It is your responsibility to review all booking details before confirming your reservation.

All prices for tours and services are displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. The final price, including any applicable taxes and fees, will be clearly presented to you at the checkout page before you complete your purchase. We accept various online payment methods, as indicated on our website. For certain bookings, offline payment options may be available upon prior arrangement. You agree to pay the full amount for any bookings made through your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete. You agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs of Egypt during your tours. You are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful manner towards guides, fellow travelers, and local communities. Sprint travel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant from a tour who, in our sole discretion, behaves in a disruptive or dangerous manner, without refund.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates or vaccinations, for your travel to and within Egypt. Sprint travel is not liable for any issues arising from your failure to possess the correct documentation. We recommend consulting relevant government authorities for up-to-date requirements.

All cancellations are subject to our dedicated Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Additionally, specific cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility criteria may vary for each individual tour and will be clearly displayed on the respective tour page at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to review these specific terms before making a reservation.

Sprint travel acts as an intermediary between you and local tour operators and service providers. While we strive to select reputable partners, Sprint travel is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third-party providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific tour or service in question, to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Egypt.

Sprint travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, travel restrictions, or other similar events ('Force Majeure Events'). In such cases, our Cancellation and Refund Policies will apply, and we will endeavor to offer alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.

All content on the Sprint travel website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sprint travel or its content suppliers and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sprint travel. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Sprint travel shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Egypt. Sprint travel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
